Shyness is only temporary

The 'Changed The Way You Kiss Me' singer came face-to-face with Ennis at a secret Stone Roses gig and admitted that he became a little star-struck, which took him by surprise:

"I didn't know what to say. I'm usually so confident around women and in your face. It was the first time in five or six years where I've been really, really shy and didn't know what to do."

IT IS NATURAL TO FEEL SHY AT TIMES, BUT WHAT IF IT BECOMES SO BAD IT STOPS YOU LIVING YOUR LIFE TO THE FULL, STOPS YOU GOING OUTSIDE EVEN BECAUSE OF ANXIETY AND FEAR –

Leading to what the medical profession call Social Phobia.

Pharmaceutical companies had created a PILL FOR SHYNESS – and since it’s prescribing the side effects seem to be horrendous.

BUT you don't need a pill for shyness.....

NLP is a wonderful tool to overcome shyness in that it can help you ‘use the emotion when you are confident’ by creating what is called an anchor. What this is a movement or posture you which choose to associate with a good feeling you have experienced in the past, and then ‘trigger’ that whenever you need to in the future.

If you have watched Wimbledon recently you may have seen some of players do movements before a match! Top successful sportsman know to rehearse their success to perform at their best – and an anchor is very important to being in top form.

I teach people how to create anchors – whether it has been for public speaking, performing, interviews, networking and even for going out on a date.

Learning this one technique will change your life … care to try it? It only takes one session and you will then have a tool to last you the rest of your life – GUARANTEED
