I had been suffering with low confidence for many years with different aspects of my life. Working with Ashlyn help me improve my confidence and gave me direction of where I am heading.

Ashlyn gave me technics to help to overcome my issues. She made me feel at ease and made the session enjoyable. She is very professional and incredible with what she does, I will continue to use Ashlyn throughout my life I am sure..

With countless hormonal problems, I have struggled with my weight for many years. I’ve tried countless diets/ fitness programs but it all come back on and with my manic world life it’s almost impossible to maintain, last year I reached rick bottom, my confidence being the lowest ever almost forcing me to be a recluse at times. I felt like I was running out of options as I felt my GP neglected me and wrote me off, I was anticipating a gastric band surgery but my bmi was under the category for nhs so would have to fork out privately which was nothing I could ever afford. I really was at my whits end about it all so I did some research on gastric band hypnosis and I found Ashlyn, having only 3 appointments with her has drastically changed my life and my feelings towards food, in under 3 weeks I’ve already noticed a difference in my weight, many people including my partner (who I live with) have noticed and I’m still able to enjoy myself when I eat.
This woman if incredible! She’s even helped out my partner with his addiction to chocolate and McDonald’s which has madge our relationship so much easier.
My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner!
She is so welcoming, humble and comfortable to be around and would recommend her to anyone who has the same difficulties as me.

I have been with my husband for 16 years, for 10 of those he was a cocaine addict. I only knew for 5 years and put everything ounce of my soul into trying to help him. He stole from me, my family, our son, his mood swings were unbearable.. I never thought I'd have the courage to leave till I met Ashlyn. After just one session she has helped me to never look back and my son and I are moving out to a peaceful and happier place. I was sceptical about therapy because I thought there was no way out. I was wrong. I just wished I'd met her years ago. The best decision I've ever made was to see Ashlyn.

She has literally changed my life and given me hope x

Having Ashlyn helping me was the most life changing experience I had struggled for over a year with a phobia and she changed my life I can now work without constantly being afraid and I can finally continue with my life. Only being 18 I was excluded from a lot of things due to it but now I have my life back. I would 100% recommend Ashlyn to anyone as she’s kind, understanding and very patient which are amazing qualities as when you want help you feel as if you get more out of it when you feel comfortable around the person.

No more fear or phobias

OCD and anxiety gone!

I suffered from anxiety and an obsessive compulsive disorder.

And also stress with a recent bereavement too I sought professional help.

I was offered medication from my GP which had no effect.

I was so desperate it was then I contacted Ashlyn and with her help my life has completely changed. I saw her weekly for 2 months and so so happy I did.

Social Phobia cured!

I started to see Ashlyn after suffering from various mental issues for at least 20 years.

I suffered from social phobia, bipolar and anxiety. I was seeing a physchologist for several months, with no real results and also i have been admitted into a mental health ward 3 times. Ashlyn made me feel at ease the first time i met her. My past has not been an easy ride for me and my aldult life made me feel so down. I had problems in socialising and confidence and a general low self esteem, my life was not as good as i would of liked it to be. The results have been so good, that my life is getting back on track again, and what can be found in the sub-conscious mind that effects your daily life is amazing.

Now with Ashlyns help my confidence and well being have greatly improved and I live a more fulfilled life.

Update:- I went to my first music concert with thousands of people and it was awesome - thank you so so much.

No more anxiety - happy again

I was having extreme mood swings, lost confidence and anxious all the time, and didn’t know why - I went to Ashlyn for Hypnosis - however she said NLP and Kinesiology would be better. From what I said she felt it may be the Pill I was taking and so she tested me using Kinesiology and the results showed it was too much Oestrogen. I have just had the results from my doctor which confirmed my Oestrogen levels were sky high as Ashlyn’s tests showed. Now I have stopped it I feel normal again - I would definately recommend her - I felt I could trust her from the moment I met her and I was right to .... thank you so much.

Happy at last

I have struggled with a combination of bullimia and anorexia since I was 14 years old. I had tried counselling, CBT, art therapy, group counselling and they would work while I was doing them. Then as soon as I stopped, the old feelings and habits would slowly creep back into my life. I honestly thought I would never free myself. I first became interested in hypnotherapy when a friend tried it for their depression- it really seemed to work- but it was costing them £399 a session! When I discovered Ashlyn I was amazed because her sessions are extremely good value and oh my goodness they worked. I only needed 3 sessions and I saw results straight away. The other day I sat down with my family and properly enjoyed an Indian take away for the first time in 7 years, there was no panic and no desire to get rid of it. I feel confident and strong and like I finally have my life back. Ashlyn was so lovely and made me feel relaxed and safe, I almost wish I needed to see her again just because the sessions were amazing and left me feeling like a completely new person. A new happier fulfilled life full of confidence

I was a having a crisis of confidence. I had left my job which had become a huge stress factor and proceeded to have a major meltdown 2 days later through stress from the job and health issues that had also arisen throughout 16/17.

I found Ashlyn online intrigued as to how a Life Coach could help me and the sort of strategies that would be used. I booked Ashlyn for 6 weeks of one-to-one, which after the second or third, I could see results in myself having my former confidence returning. By the time I have got to the last session with Ashlyn's inspiring support and techiques I was able to draw on all the resources she had provided me with over our sessions together. In doing so, I have resumed a former Office Management company I had set up, I have also formed a new company which is going really well which enables me to come into to contact with a broad spectrum of new people, which is great for confidence. I use the techniques upon myself to relax and further practice the ability to put to one side situations which are not important or need prioritizing in order of importance.

I have since become a much more content person, achieving fulfillment, self value and restored self-confidence in my own ability.

No more Fear of Driving

I had a head on car collision 5 years ago and never really got over it – I couldn’t drive without flinching with on coming cars and when with a passenger I was very anxious. I am amazed and delighted to say that after just 3 sessions with the coaching I have no anxiety or hardly any memory of the accident now – and can drive normally and even down the road where it happened without any nervousness – what she did was truly amazing – thank you, Ashlyn you are highly recommended.

Fear of Flying GONE FOR GOOD

I had tried the Virgin flying Without Fear course, and whilst it was reassuring – the fear remained in some illogical way – and was so relieved that the session with Ashlyn allowed me to feel good about flying for the first time in my life – especially as I had a honeymoon with 3 different flights coming up – it works!

No more anorexia!

No more Anorexia or binge eating…Ashlyn’s sessions were easy to follow – and I knew after each session I was improving. She supported and encouraged me all the way, and at no time did I feel she was judging. I couldn’t have imagined that I would be where I am now – eating normally and enjoying going out for dinner with my partner who had become distraught with me. After 4 grueling months of counseling using something called CBT - which left me depressed even more, before I became aware of my own self sabotage, I am now very happy. I would highly recommend this program for everyone with an eating disorder. Oh and no-one knew I was getting help either as there was complete privacy as Ashlyn came to my own home.

Lose Weight

Ashlyn listened intently with care and patience and I would highly recommend seeing her. Confidence in interviews and public speaking

I had a presentation to make to a large audience and thought I would be alright until the moment came -

and I just froze! ...I knew I couldn't go through that again so contacted Ashlyn as she had so much experience in performing

and knowledge of how to build confidence before appearing, and what I learnt has been invaluable.

I can now feel confident whenever I have to speak in public, perform and even find I can express myself

Insomnia

The “Help me to sleep” CD I purchased from Ashlyn has proved to be a valuable help to me, enabling me to improve the quality of my sleeping aswell as giving me more energy. I have used the Power nap track for the odd lunchtime ’Siesta’ to give me a more refreshed start to the afternoon as well as before going out in the evening to give me some extra energy. Ashlyn’s calm soothing voice and instructions accompanied by the beautiful Music makes this a CD which would be of benefit to most people.
